Returns & Refunds

At Shovel Club Co, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including returns due to ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind.

If Shovel Club Co sent you the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a damaged or defective item.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? Size exchanges may be available within the same 15-day return period, provided the replacement size is in stock.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions and confirm availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue so we can determine the best way to resolve it.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for a return.
